According to new CDC recommendations, all children are required to receive a flu vaccination to participate in childcare; however you do have the right to refuse to get a flu vaccine. If you choose to vaccinate, a copy of your child’s vaccination date should be included in the child’s health report required for enrollment. If you choose to not vaccinate your child for any reason, our facility is required to have a written documentation to verify your decision.
