Commitment to Professional Growth

We believe that investing in our staff leads to better outcomes for our students. All team members are required to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential at minimum. This ensures high-quality teaching and learning in our classrooms. We provide support and guidance to help you achieve this important milestone in your early childhood education career.

Job Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of our students, all applicants must:

• Have a passion for early childhood education

• Be committed to creating a safe and engaging learning environment

• Possess strong teamwork and communication skills

• Be willing to obtain a CDA (if not already certified)

• Be able to obtain:

• Child Abuse Clearance

• National Sex Offender Registry Clearance

• FBI Fingerprints

• Criminal Background Clearance
