Your Child Is in Great Hands
About Us
At Each One Teach One Childcare and Learning Center, we believe in the value of each child and family we serve. Our childcare experience is designed to promote each child’s own individual, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development as well as providing a fun and caring environment for all to learn and grow.
As caregivers and educators committed to personal and professional growth. We aim to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment that is culturally relevant and fosters a child’s natural desire to explore, discover, create, and become a lifelong learner. In addition, we will prepare students to be leaders in their classrooms, communities and careers

2.4 Philosophy
Our program is built around the concept that children are born ready to learn. As caregivers, we strive to create a nurturing learning environment that is safe, stimulating and encouraging. The following principles are adapted from the Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards (2014) and serve as the foundation for our curriculum.
● All who care for and educate children, whether formal or informal, have a significant impact on children’s future successes.
● High-quality early care and education programs have a significant impact on children’s future successes.
● All children can learn and deserve high expectations that are age-, individually-, and culturally-appropriate.
● Early care and education programs must address the individual needs of a diverse population of children, e.g., children with special needs, children from diverse cultural backgrounds, children from all socio-economic groups.
● Children’s learning development and opportunities are supported when their teachers are trained in early childhood development and education, including professional training and ongoing professional development, and are intentional in their relationships and work with children and families.
● The learning environment for young children should stimulate and engage their curiosity of the
world around them and meet their physical and emotional needs so they feel safe and secure.
● Children’s learning is enhanced when families, schools, and communities work together.
